ZodiacPark offers personalized astrological content, such as daily horoscopes, love compatibility insights, and zodiac-based forecasts. The Service is available in both free and paid (Premium) versions. Premium users may access additional features, including extended horoscopes, compatibility tools, early access to updates, and more.

Some content on ZodiacPark - including horoscopes, forecasts, and compatibility insights - may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI). While we aim for accuracy, this content is not guaranteed to be factually correct and is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use false information or impersonate another person;
• Share your account credentials with others;
• Use the website in violation of any laws or third-party rights.

If you subscribe to ZodiacPark Premium:

• You authorize us (or the app store/payment provider) to charge your selected payment method at the rate and frequency shown during signup;
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle;
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via your device's app store.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. ZodiacPark doesn't store your payment details directly.

All content on ZodiacPark - including graphics, text, design, and branding - is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission. 

You retain any rights to the content you provide (e.g., profile information), but you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

You agree to use ZodiacPark only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Attempt to access systems without authorization;
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
• Use the app for spam, data scraping, or automation.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your actions harm other users or the integrity of the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. If you are unable to do so or need help, you can contact our support team to request account deletion.

Astrological content is inherently interpretive and subjective. ZodiacPark makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of its content. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZodiacPark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or emotional distress, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
